Who is responsible
La Cage is responsible for the personal information collected through the Club Cage loyalty mini-site and member area.
Information we collect
- Identification and contact information: first name, last name, email address, mobile number and preferred language.
- Loyalty information: card number, preferred restaurant, points, divisions, rewards, coupons and information needed to manage the member account.
- Date of birth: used to offer the birthday gift and to verify that the program is for people aged 12 and over.
- Authentication and security information: password, password reset code, session data, logs and technical information needed to protect the service.
How we use the information
- Create and manage the loyalty card and member account.
- Count eligible points and issue rewards or coupons.
- Provide birthday and welcome rewards.
- Send service messages related to the account, security or password recovery.
- Send offers by email only when the member has agreed to receive them.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Personal information may be shared with service providers that help operate the loyalty program, including the loyalty platform, email or notification providers, hosting providers and Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when the member chooses to add the card.
